A perfectionist with her tasks, a Konkani by heart, with an innate love for South Indian cuisine, our mastermind behind Pai,s Southern Delights explored the tri-cities’ several eateries and supply chain stores, dispensing batter for preparing idlis, dosas and a variety of items. But nothing satisfied her soul. She embarked on a gratifying journey.

With a jovial and full of life personality, she believes in extracting the best from life and enjoys everything life has to offer.

With a background of armed forces, she travelled throughout the country. She often longed for the perfect home food, authentic packed with flavour. In her search she sometimes won and disappointed other times.

She realised for the perfect taste, she had to take matters into her own hands. Initially preparing for herself and her guests, she soon became the talk of the neighbourhood for her finger licking preparations. People started pouring in with demands for the batter and enquiries for catering to small gatherings.

What followed was destiny…

Pai’s Southern delight is an inspired, home-based, modest capital venture, dreamed of by an enterprising homemaker.

With a lucid understanding of the craft and ancestral secret ingredients the pleasure derived in the start-up has put perfection, care and concern in the production of batter.

The tangible taste, built-in flawless hygiene, processed and prepared in RO water, consistent quality control and marketed with an artistic logo, branded to identify the product has stolen the limelight.
